“It’s not fair” I shouted back as I stomped into my room, slamming the door.
I always get the blame even when it is my younger brother that goes and makes a foozle of everything.
But what mum doesn’t know is that I love my room. I can make my very own growlery, away from the noise and mithering of my brother. Where I can grab the blankets from my bed and create my own secret hideaway.
There will be no brabble going on in here; it is just me and my toys.
Bliss..

Great story, which made excellent use of the words. I think I need a Growlery....
Seems you got a few other words in there of the old variety! Smoothly done!
Too much brabble going on in our house today! Well done! Emma :)
The seamless inclusion of all the prompts in an everyday scenario makes me think you use these sorts of words every day! Very natural flow to your style.

This one really makes me think of my husband- he saya he thought being sent to his room was the best punishment. 'Oh great...the room where all my toys are-OK!'

Great- I want a growlery in the corner of my classroonm (for me to hide in methinks!) Loved reading this. :)
I like the story, especially the realistic portrayal of kids everywhere, who could truly benefit from using their own growleries well.
This was fun. I agree with everyone else, this really makes me want my own growlery. The words were used seemingly effortlessly too.
Erin, Anna, Lisa and Sally Jane,
Thanks for your comments. yes i do believe getting your own growlery is the only way to go.
I really like the way you have used the words in a positive way. I would rather like to have a space like that!
